01 - STARTING POINT
A business idea needed a product structure.
TREVEX began with a rough landing page and a concept: make business information easier to discover and access.
Turning that idea into a working product meant defining the journeys behind it. How would users find companies, access reports, claim business profiles, verify ownership and unlock deeper information?
Before designing the interface, we needed to organize the underlying product logic.
01
What belongs in a company profile—and what stays public?
02
How should claiming and verification work?
03
What changes for guests, registered users and paying users?
04
How should pricing and subscriptions shape access?

02 — PRODUCT ARCHITECTURE
Turning company information into a decision-making experience.
A company profile needed to do more than display data.
We organized business identity, verification signals, financial information and deeper intelligence into a clear hierarchy. Users could understand a company at a glance, then explore the information relevant to their next decision.
That structure also informed search, reports and paid access.
01
Structure dense company information without losing scanability
02
Separate useful free discovery from deeper paid intelligence
03
Connect profiles to search, reports and monitoring

03 — TRUST WORKFLOWS
Designing trust into the workflow
A company could appear in TREVEX before its owner had created an account.
The experience therefore needed to distinguish between discovering a listing, claiming it, confirming ownership and completing verification.
We mapped these states as a connected journey rather than designing isolated forms. Each stage needed to communicate what had happened, what remained outstanding and what the user should do next.
01
A business could exist before its owner created an account
02
Claiming needed to establish the user’s relationship to the company
03
Verification states had to remain clear across the product
04
Credibility signals had to help users judge profile trust

04 - COMMERCIAL MODEL
Creating a path from discovery to paid intelligence
TREVEX needed free discovery to be useful while creating clear reasons for customers to access deeper company information.
We structured the experience around that progression: find a business, understand its basic profile, then access reports and additional intelligence when needed.
The commercial model shaped the information architecture—not just the checkout experience.
01
Find - make company discovery useful before purchase
02
Evaluate - show enough context to support a decision
03
Unlock - clarify what deeper paid information adds

05 — PRODUCT SYSTEM
The MVP was only the beginning
As TREVEX broadened beyond the original directory, the interface had to support more products, roles and edge cases without fragmenting. Reusable patterns became the operating system for continued design and delivery across the platform.

Dashboards, reports and risk states

06 - BRAND & SYSTEMS
Building a brand that could grow with the business
What began as a product-design engagement expanded into shaping TREVEX's broader brand.
We developed the brand strategy, identity and visual direction, bringing them together in a comprehensive brand book. That foundation informed how TREVEX presented itself across its website, landing pages and marketing communications.
The result was a consistent brand expression across different touchpoints as the business continued to evolve.

The team is really easy to work with. They kept us updated regularly, were quick to respond whenever we had questions or changes, and always delivered on time. Even when we had last-minute design needs, they handled them without any fuss. It felt like they were genuinely part of our team and invested in getting things right.
